Luxury Penthouse in Siena

The Luxury Penthouse by Equity Residences is located in the heart of the historic centre of Siena, inside a palazzo around 600 years old that once belonged to the noble Chigi family. Just 300 metres from Piazza del Campo, the residence lets you explore the city on foot, among its medieval streets and some of its most representative monuments.

Completely renovated, the penthouse combines the character of historic architecture with contemporary design and bright interiors. The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people, offering spacious and refined spaces for an exclusive stay in the centre of Siena.

The residence is completed by a chef’s kitchen, bathrooms with spa-style steam showers, air conditioning and underfloor heating and cooling. Particularly rare for a building in the historic centre is the direct access by lift, which combines the charm of a period residence with contemporary comforts.
