It is led by Cecilia Rabassi, a maître chocolatier with over thirty years of experience, renowned for her creative research and her innovative approach to the culture of cocoa.

The experience comes to life through a one-to-one conversation led personally by Cecilia, a moment dedicated to exploring the client’s sensory world. Through a conversation that weaves together taste preferences, childhood memories, emotions, habits and perceptions, a personal profile of sensations and impressions emerges.

It is not simply a matter of choosing a cocoa percentage or a favourite flavour, but of understanding what makes your way of perceiving taste unique. Every detail becomes a creative cue, every memory a possible inspiration.

The birth of a bespoke chocolate

Starting from this dialogue, Cecilia develops an exclusive blend, selecting and combining fine cocoa varieties to interpret the preferences that emerged during the meeting. The result is a recipe conceived for one person only, the fruit of the maître chocolatier’s sensitivity and of an entirely personalised creative process.

The journey culminates in the creation of 50 personalised bars of 75 grams each, for a total of 3.75 kg of chocolate, made according to the client’s sensory profile.

The recipe remains in Cecilia’s safekeeping, preserving the exclusivity of the creation and the unique character of the journey that produced it.
