A unique experience that brings Michelin-starred food to your holiday home, from the traditional cuisine of the area to the most extravagant world of fine dining. The goal, however, is to use the simplest local ingredients to create an extraordinary dish: every time, a new challenge to win.

Our chef, born in a small town in the heart of Umbria, Gualdo Tadino, graduated from the hotel and catering school in Assisi and began working in the best restaurants in the area. At the age of 17 he moved to south London, England, where he began to cultivate his passion for cooking and perfection.

After years of sacrifice, he went on to hold important positions in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Gringling Gibbons (3 Michelin stars), working alongside Alain Ducasse and Gordon Ramsay, and in luxury country houses such as Stapleford Park (2 Michelin stars). In 2019, having built not only a wealth of cultural and professional experience but also a wonderful family, and leaving a piece of his heart behind, he decided to return to his hometown and take on a new challenge as a Personal Chef, successfully reaching yet another milestone.
