The programme

01. Welcome drink in the Monastery garden

The experience opens with a welcome drink in the evocative garden of the Monastery of San Michele Arcangelo in Passignano, a moment of welcome immersed in the peace and beauty of the Tuscan landscape.

02. Private visit to the Monastery

Accompanied by the Vallombrosan Benedictine monks, guests will discover the history, traditions and spiritual heritage of the Monastery, connecting with a place of profound historical and cultural significance.

03. The Abbey’s thousand-year-old cellar

The journey continues inside the Abbey’s ancient cellar, where the charm of the historic rooms meets the culture of wine. An opportunity to explore the bond between land, tradition and the art of winemaking.

04. Extra virgin olive oil tasting

Before sitting down at the table, guests will be guided through an extra virgin olive oil tasting, discovering the aromas, nuances and characteristics that make Tuscan olive oil unique.

05. Lunch or dinner at Osteria di Passignano

The experience culminates with lunch or dinner at the renowned Osteria di Passignano, where signature cuisine showcases the finest local produce through a dedicated menu, paired with a selection of great wines.
