La Gualda Vecchia

Podere La Gualda Vecchia is located on the hills of Monteverdi Marittimo, immersed in the nature of the Val di Cornia and not far from Bolgheri and the Etruscan Coast. The estate is surrounded by 9 hectares of land, largely covered by oak, holm oak and cork oak woods, and enjoys a panoramic position with views stretching as far as the Island of Elba.

The property offers two independent apartments, Quercia and Leccio, restored with respect for the character of old Tuscan houses and designed to offer peace and privacy. Both have a fully equipped kitchen and dedicated outdoor spaces, while the large Emotional Garden of the Feather Paths (Sentieri di Piume), covering about 8,000 m², surrounds the estate, creating an environment dedicated to contact with nature and relaxation.
