Historic 3-Bedroom Florence Palace

The Florence Residence by Equity Residences is located in the heart of the historic centre of Florence, in Via dei Servi, just a few steps from the Duomo. Its privileged position lets you explore the city on foot, easily reaching some of its most iconic places, from the Galleria dell’Accademia to Piazza della Signoria, from the Uffizi to Ponte Vecchio.

The residence is housed in an ancient 16th-century palazzo, carefully restored over five years. The rooms preserve precious historic frescoes, combined with contemporary elements, wooden floors, modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a refined balance between the charm of Renaissance Florence and modern comfort.

The property has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. One of its most striking features is the private balcony with a direct view of the Duomo’s dome, while the lift, air conditioning and concierge services complete an exclusive stay in the heart of Florence.
