It is impossible to drive to the palace and there are many cameras around the city center that makes hard to park without getting a ticket or a fine from the local police .
The best option is the Santa Caterina private parking, located in via Esterna di Fontebranda: cost is 25 and there is a very useful escalator 24h for free. It takes only 5 minutes by walk.
